Forefist Punch

The fundamental ITF punch using the forefist, targeting solar plexus, face, or other vital points. The fist rotates 180 degrees upon impact and retracts immediately.

Upset Punch

A punch where the fist is held inverted (knuckles facing downward) upon delivery. It is used to attack the philtrum or underside of the chin.

Vertical Punch
